I wrote the phrase, “The universe is bringing my soul partner to me,” 55 times a day for 5 days, starting on January 25. The act of writing this down over and over made me feel like I was truly summoning that energy into my life. I poured my heart into those words, trusting that the universe was aligning the right circumstances for me.

Life continued, as it does. I put my journal away and moved forward, not thinking much about the practice. Then, fast forward to January 2022—around the same dates—I met Allie, my now-fiancé. The timing was eerily close, and looking back on that journal entry, I realized the powerful magnetic pull of the 55×5 method. It felt as though the seeds I had planted in my mind during those 5 days had finally come to fruition.

The Science Behind the Practice: Reprogramming the Mind

While the 55×5 manifestation method might seem mystical or spiritual, it is also grounded in psychological science. Repetition plays a vital role in how our brains form habits and belief systems.
