The Life I’m Calling In—Welcome to My New Intentional Space on YouTube
There’s a particular kind of quiet that exists in the hour before the rest of the house wakes up. The light is softer. The to-do list hasn’t started yet. For the better part of a year, that hour has been mine—and lately, I’ve found myself wanting to show it instead of just living it.
So this month, I did something new: I published the first episode of my YouTube channel, SimplyAshleyGraham, and it feels like exhaling after holding my breath for longer than I realized.
The first video, “The Life I’m Calling In | Slow Morning Vlog, A New Chapter & A New Identity,” is exactly what it sounds like—an unhurried walk through one of my morning reflections, rooted in the rituals, stillness, and small intentional choices that have quietly become the scaffolding of this new season of my life.
Why a Vlog Channel, and Why Now
For ten years, my work has lived primarily in words—pitches, essays, strategy, the quiet architecture behind other people’s stories. But somewhere between becoming a mother and rebuilding my business from the inside out, I began to crave a different kind of documentation. Something less polished and more lived-in. Something that didn’t ask me to perform a new identity, but simply let me be in one.
As a Human Design Projector, I’ve learned—sometimes the hard way—that my energy isn’t built for constant output or hustle-driven content calendars. It’s built for depth, for invitation, for working with rhythm rather than against it. A slow morning vlog felt like the most honest way to begin this new channel and chapter: no urgency, no performance, just presence.
This channel isn’t a pivot away from the work I’ve spent a decade building. It’s an extension of it—the same belief in authentic and vulnerable storytelling and relationship-first visibility, just turned toward my own life for once.
What You’ll Find on SimplyAshleyGraham
This channel is where I’ll be documenting the life I’m building on purpose, one sacred morning at a time. Expect content centered on conscious living and slow mornings, the small rituals that anchor a day (tea, journaling, movement, light), and an honest look at intentional motherhood—what it actually looks like to mother with presence rather than perfection. You’ll also find glimpses of manifestation and reflection practices, as well as behind-the-scenes moments from the creative and entrepreneurial chapters I’m building alongside motherhood.
If you’ve followed my writing on this site or listened to The Conscious Publicist® Podcast, this will feel familiar in spirit—just slower, quieter, and a little more unguarded.
Inside Episode One
This first video is a true slow morning vlog: a real, unrushed look at what a morning looks like on the other side of becoming a mother. It’s less about productivity and more about presence—the rituals that hold everything together when so much else has changed. If you’ve ever felt like you were standing at the edge of a new identity, unsure exactly what it looks like yet, but certain it’s coming, I made this for you.

If this resonates, I’d love for you to subscribe to SimplyAshleyGraham on YouTube—new videos will continue to explore conscious living, slow mornings, and what it means to build a life (and a body of work) on purpose.
And if you want the fuller picture of this season, you can find my reflections on motherhood and postpartum life over on The Postpartum Voice, and follow along for more of this world in my newsletter.
Thank you for being here for the beginning of this. It’s quieter than anything I’ve made before—and somehow, that feels exactly right.
With so much love,
Ashley
